Positive Intelligence® (aka PQ ®) is a mental fitness program that utilizes research-based tools to empower wellness, performance, and healthy relationships by laying down new neural pathways that form lasting positive habits.

Through daily practice, the PQ® Program helps identify and decrease negative thoughts (your Saboteurs) and works to increase positive thoughts (your Sage).

    • Most of the program is on-demand and can be tailored to your schedule

    • Coaching and cohort sessions are scheduled events

FAQs
  1. Is there a charge to pre-register?

    • No. We will not request credit card information and pre-registration is not a final commitment.

  2. Why do you have pre-registration?

    • Research and experience shows that results are improved when the experience is shared. Pre-registration allows us to maximize the current cohort experience and plan for future sessions.

  3. Am I automatically accepted to the program?

    • You are not automatically accepted to a specific cohort session. If the current session is filled you will be considered for future sessions.

  4. How many people are in a private cohort?

    • The best experience is in a cohort of 5-10. In our discretion, we may consider a cohort as small as 3 but we limit the max participants to 10.

  5. How is this Mental Fitness Foundations different than attending training directly through Positive Intelligence?

    • This training includes the PQ program and app, plus the added benefits of a private cohort, interactive virtual cohort coaching, and a 1:1 personal coaching session.

  6. What happens next?

    • Please submit the form to pre-register, and include what interests you most about the program. We suggest a few quick bullets. This helps us try to match interests within the cohort members.
